What year did Volvo start incorporating LATCH for child/infant seats in its wagons?

I'd like to find a used Volvo wagon but I want it to have LATCH for an infant seat. (LATCH stands for "Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren" and is a standard part of the child restraint system found in cars today.)
